Cockpit Misc

Cockpit Misc groups together various cockpit controls that don’t fit neatly into other categories. Manage wipers, force feedback maximum force, latency reporting, dashboard pages, and in-lap mode.

Select the mode from the Control dropdown in the Property Inspector. Directional modes (FFB Max Force, Dash Page 1, Dash Page 2) also expose a Direction setting for Increase / Decrease.

Toggle the windshield wipers on or off.

  • Dial: No rotation support
  • Default binding: Shift+W
  • Telemetry-aware icon: No
  • No additional settings

Trigger a single wiper sweep.

  • Dial: No rotation support
  • Default binding: Ctrl+Alt+W
  • Telemetry-aware icon: No
  • No additional settings

Adjust the force feedback maximum force. The Direction setting picks whether pressing the button increases or decreases the force.

  • Dial: Rotation adjusts FFB max force (clockwise = increase, counter-clockwise = decrease), regardless of the Direction setting
  • Default binding: No default key binding — both FFB Force Increase and FFB Force Decrease must be configured in iRacing and in the Property Inspector
  • Telemetry-aware icon: No
  • Increase (default) — Pressing the button raises the max force
  • Decrease — Pressing the button lowers the max force

Report the current network latency in chat.

  • Dial: No rotation support
  • Default binding: L
  • Telemetry-aware icon: No
  • No additional settings

Cycle through the pages on dashboard display 1. The Direction setting picks whether pressing the button advances to the next page or goes back to the previous one.

  • Dial: Rotation cycles dash page 1 (clockwise = next, counter-clockwise = previous), regardless of the Direction setting
  • Default binding: No default key binding — both Dash Page 1 + and Dash Page 1 - must be configured in iRacing and in the Property Inspector
  • Telemetry-aware icon: No
  • Increase (default) — Pressing the button advances to the next page
  • Decrease — Pressing the button goes back to the previous page
